The CUSTOMS-TRADE PARTNERSHIP AGAINST TERRORISM also known as "C-TPAT", is an exporter / importer driven program administered by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is the unified border agency within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security charged with the management, control, and protection of our Nation's borders and is charged with keeping terrorists and terrorist weapons out of the country. CBP has made Supply Chain Security its number one priority.
